On May 3-4, 2022, VFN hosted its inaugural conference at the Kingsmill Resort in beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia. With nearly 180 philanthropy executives, trustees, and staff members from across the Commonwealth in attendance, this event was one of the largest gathering of Virginia’s philanthropic community.
The 2022 conference theme: Stronger Together: Advancing Opportunities for All Virginians was carefully crafted to build on and advance VFN’s vision and mission statements. The two-day agenda intentionally focused on how philanthropy can work together and across sectors to advance opportunities for all Virginians and build a Commonwealth where all communities and residents are valued and thriving.
